Katrina Thomson is a yoga teacher and fitness coach. In her Horizon Yoga and Aqua Fitness Beach Camps, she shares 15 years of fitness knowledge and experience. Katrina is committed to teaching that with personal awareness and a healthy fitness practice you can enhance or transform your mental, physical and emotional health, bringing more joy into your life. Katrina’s classes will encourage you to become more conscious of yourself and your environment resulting in a greater sense of balance and happiness – a state of being that is often diminished by our hectic lifestyles. Participants have found Katrina’s classes to be inspiring and instrumental in improving both physical strength and mental focus. Candi Combes is a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor. She approaches every day with a positive outlook and zest for life. She has extensive knowledge in the areas of Exercise and Nutrition and believes in incorporating all aspects of health into your daily practise. In her teaching she promotes self awareness and works towards helping others achieve health and vitality in their lives.
Geoff Ford is passionate about holistic health and wellbeing and wants to share this passion with others. Geoff is qualified yoga instructor and moved over to Perth recently to commence a masters of physiotherapy to enable him to pursue a career helping others to move and live better. Geoff is particularly passionate about the amazing power of the ocean – both to heal and make us happy. He is a very keen surfer and ocean lover and truly believe the ocean makes us feel happier and more at peace.

Alex strives to teach the importance of having a healthy body and a healthy mind in achieving balance in our lives.
